Our classes
We are an official CrossFit box but we have circuit training and kettlebell/girya classes where our professional trainers can offer you different methods to help you to achieve and not only set your goals.
What does Csaba has to say about CrossFit?

CrossFit
CrossFit 314 is an official CrossFit box or CrossFit gym, where we believe in our special programme. Our goal is to teach you how to move properly in an efficient and preventive way while as a side benefit you will build stamina. You will experience ups and downs in life but in this box the good vibes are dominating the atmosphere.

Circuit Training (HIIT)
If you want to do cardio and weight training but your freetime is limited, then Circuit Training is the solution for you. You will train with many equipments throughout the classes and will not find two similar trainings. Join a constantly varied but not random class where you will be in focus.

Girya
Our Girya classes are based on the equipment that is also known as the kettlebell. We have a range from 4kg-40kg so you will find the right weight for any exercise.

Midday Madness
FUN interpretation of the daily WOD. Good vibes at lunchtime.

Oxygen Advantage
The popular Buteyko Breathing Method was adapted by Patrick McKeown to create the Oxygen Advantage programme, which helps you get through your everyday life and your workout.

TRX
Training with the TRX suspension trainer is a good place to start if you don't know where to begin. In our classes, we do full body trainings. We mostly do time-based exercises that can be made easier or harder with the TRX.

Kid's training
We believe it is important to move and you can do it with fun and playful activities. Our sessions are skill-developing and raise general fitness levels for boys and girls. These classes are recommended even if your child has never done sports before.
Our classes start with a warm-up and end with stretching.
Recommended age range: 6 - 14 years.

Weightlifting
We recommend it for CrossFit or weights enthusiasts, as well as for older generation. If you are not the high intensity training type of person you will like these mostly technical trainings.
